The April meeting will be held Thursday, May 3, 2012 at State Bank of the Lakes at 7:00 p.m.
The doors open at 6:30 p.m. for pre-meeting networking.  

Directions to State Bank of the Lakes:  from Route 45, take Center Street west for 0.8 mile and turn left on Commerce Drive to the Bank.

Individuals interested in bees and/or beekeeping are invited to attend our meetings.  The annual dues for the Lake County Beekeepers Association are $15.00 - $5.00 go to Lake County Beekeepers Association and $10.00 go to the Illinois State Beekeepers Association.  The dues are for the calendar year from January 1 through December 31.  Illinois State Beekeepers Association dues include a subscription to the ISBA Bulletin.  Three beekeeping journals, American Bee Journal, Bee Culture and Speedy Bee are available to ISBA members at about a 25% discount.
